Hello
If anyone knows a place where to put a party for 800 people min.
around Dublin please let us know at info@neutronyx.com
Place must have 3 diferent areas: 2 dancefloors and 1
chillout area.
It would not mind if not sound system in all of them as we could provide
it, aswell lights and screens....
PD. apart from Vaults wich is booked for the dates we would like to do it.
Thanks. |

Well the POD&Crawdaddy would have 2 dancefloors, plus the Lobby as chill out area, but its prob too big for your needs. You would also have a fight on your hands with all the DJs that have their nights on there already, unless you went midweek. In fact most clubs in Dublin are going to have previous committments at the w/e, it may prove difficlut to get the specific requirements you're looking for, seeing as a lot of the old club are now dead & buried; The Kitchen, Tivoli, Mono, Isaac Butts, Switch...
TBMC might be an idea, they've the main room & bar where DJs usually play, plus upstairs on rooftop smoking area is nice for chill out. I believe they hold about 800 ppl too!
Best of luck, Emer. :wink: |

advertising =500 (posters and flyers plus 20 billboard poster)
distribution od media =100-150
venue =1000-1300
+++++artist fee's
flights +acomm 200-250
thats about it......
basically you need 200 punters to break even
all konledgr is from experience ,get your artist for under 500-600 euros and your laughin,but be very careful and tight with the cost |

cheers letloose, i knew this would be a good place to ask with the amount of you lads around.
i think the TBMC is about 1000 a night, am i right? i take it you have to slap on staff wages etc. on top of that? i'd love to do it, do ye reckon you could pull it off with a bit a decent planning?
any other tips?
just trying to learn from you lots wise experiences, thanks for the help! |
