Im so sick and tired (and broke) from having to travel to the UK for Fetish Dance Events. Each time I go (Subversion, Club Rub, Torture Garden etc) the places are packed out and often sold out weeks in advance. And have fantastic DJ's playing (last one was in Feb - Torture Garden in Brixton wth Ed Reel banging BANGING out the tunes).
I know quite a few Irish heads who go over.... so its not just me (cheeky grin).
Why o why o why hasnt some naughty minded promoter got their act together enough to fill the niche in the market (which particularly appeals to those who are maybe just a tad older than the average redbx head and who hve more money to spend etc). We are just crying out for a fetish/bdsm dance club wth play equipment and a home for all those mental candy ravers who fit right in to the fetish scene.
Come on.... someone get the finger out and sort it (im even up for assisting wth flyer design, promotion in any way poss). |

I would love to DJ at an event like this! So much more fun and interesting than the usual stuff I do. Not to say I don't enjoy doing cheese, but sometimes I like to have a chance to play other stuff as well. It's no good playing the latest mash up from DMC if no-one likes it!
If someone finds a venue and can sort out the house system I can just plug n play! |

Wow - this original post from me was a long time ago.
In fact, Nimhneach, dublins fetish club night is now taking place downstairs in Spirit (The Academy) and it will be having a full dancefloor/dj scenario as well as play areas etc.

I do believe they are still looking for dj's for the night.
