BACKLASH // Thursday 30 June // Jon Averill & Romo
Its already six months into the year & we're busy compiling a mid-year best
of photo's album containing the finest visual moments from Backlash over the
last 24 odd weeks.
+ as promised we've got a link to download an exclusive mix that the Optimo DJ's
recorded for us, it will be included in Tuesday nights Backlash mailout and again
in next weeks.
If your not on our mailing list then sign up at www.backlash.ie or send your details
to media@backlash.ie including name, mobile & e-mail.
The Optimo mix wont be available for long so grab em' while there hot. We'll be doing
more special offers and competitions for our subscribers over the summer so we'll
keep you abreast of those.
This week on the bill at the Klash we've got 'Romo returns', as he's fresh back from
his coming of age trip to this year's Glastonbury Festival, we heard he's done a Robbie
Williams having a wild ol' time with the likes of Keane and Coldplay and who knows he
might even quit Backlash upon his return causing helplines to be set up for thousands
of sobbing young girls.
Speaking of which, playing the main slot this Thursday is Jon Averill, who we've sent on a
Rocky Balboa like regime of training this week & he promises to work the crowd like a
part-time job and sweat and bleed a little, just like he used to...
You can also see an odd video from his last set in Backlash by clicking here: http://tinyurl.com/7lu46
+ his last Backlash mix is still available to download by clicking here: http://tinyurl.com/bzkle
