First promoted to a select group of DJs in 2006, the reaction was massive to the "Funk" and support came in from Erick Morillo, David Guetta, Sander Kleinenberg and many more. We get treated to brand new Deelay and Sarah Main mixes for this summer season, alongside the Original and Robbie Rivera mixes.

Kicking matters off is Sarah Main, whose mix takes a somewhat throbby bass driven peak time houser with a really funky chunky edged sound throughout. Very accessible dancey and groove led into the vocal breakdown with a more deeper vibed feeling, drop this after midnight and you should have a great dance floor response.

Deelay opts for a slower paced vocal house mix with a little line that runs through the mix that's reminiscent of an old biggie. More deeper building progressive orientated mix, expect this mix for the more later night dj's and floors. Also providing a Dub, the intensity of the sounds is brought out more and feels like the vocal helps develop the momentum and build back in, much more effective.

Robbie Rivera's mix still stands up with his usual slick tough peak time sound. A cool piano breakdown and Miami beats swirl around your head. There's also some extra unreleased mixes from The BeatThiefs and Joyfull Family kicking around. The BeatThiefs go for a deep driver that's got lots of floor swing and nice bass they use lots of the vocal and some percussion which makes it a funky slammer that picks up the pace. Joyfull Family finishes things off with a more laid back beaty driven funk house mix again using lots of the vocal it has a more broken vibe to it which brings it to a different audience.
