A new addition to the Spin Out roster with Dan Smith aka DKS. Fresh from completing a degree in Music Production and various studio work, mastering he's gained a vast skill base. For his Spin Out debut, Dan kicks off with Lick My Synth which has a full and fat throbby bass throughout, but starts with a more subtle edge and chord stabs which seem choppy all help to build it up.

Slicing up the vocal it steadily gains momentum into a electronic feast breakdown with lots of cool distortion effects and a somewhat acidic house sweep which then drops back into the groove to finish it off for good measure.

Justin Robertson starts the remixes off and opts for a slick electro inspired version with that special Robertson touch of many influenced genres, with sparse use of the guitar riff and a happy medium paced mix not to slow, but not to over the top. Incorporating some cooler sounds, effects and melodies he's done a nice job.

London based duo 2's Company provide the underground treatment with a tech house meets modern techno version. With a clean and bouncy drum, and some pulsating deep dirty bass that slowly opens up into a smooth groove, very laid back in some ways, but cleverly worked for the dance floor.

Future Funk Squad finish it off with a pure breakbeat version, heavy dark screahing sounds and tight as hell percussion with strong bass just sits there all intermingling until the filth starts, and distorted guitar loops with a saw styled bassline just broods pure underground darkness, heavy stuff.
