DJ Alex De Santos started his venture into DJ'ing at the age of ten when his father caught him connecting his first turntable from his stereo to his father's stereo and getting both of them to play independently in mono allowing him to mix them together. His parents got him his first mixer and pair of technics turntables for his eleventh birthday. His first paid gig was at the age of thirteen.
Alex since then has become a staple on the NYC's house music sub-culture and club scene since 1992, and has dedicated his life to preserving it for future generations to enjoy.
He has worked in NYC's legendary venues including Limelight, Tunnel, Palladium, USA, Webster Hall, Roxy, and Sound Factory to name a few.
Alex considers his greatest influences to be DJs Junior Vasquez, David Morales and former NYC night club ower Peter Gatien.
Currently living in Dublin, Ire. With a weekly Sunday night gig at Spirit (Dublin) Spreading Love, Peace, and NYC House to All!!!
